Application of Kautas series plastic blow molding machine
Range of application: it applies to various types of hollow plastic products ranging from 5ml to 2000L.
Cosmetics: plastic bottles for daily necessities, such as laundry detergent, liquid shampoo and hand sanitizer.
Excellent adaptability for materials: with advanced processing technology, it is applicable to blow molding of different kinds of plastics, including PE, PP, PA, PC, ABS, TPU, PS, EVA and PETG.
Plasticizing capacity: the extrusion mechanism is driven by variable frequency motors that meet the requirements of blow molding process for screw speed variation. The screw with a large length-diameter ratio is able to process a variety of materials with excellent plasticizing capacity, high output and low energy consumption. Heated by the heating ring, feed barrel temperature is under computer control that makes heating more rapid with stable and uniform temperature. A co-extrusion system that contains two or three extruders where different types of die heads are mounted is able to blow products with liquid level lines or double-layer or triple-layer products. The extrusion mechanism is equipped with imported linear guideways and double stations that guarantee fast speed of moving mold and excellent stationarity.
Hydraulic system: optimized hydraulic circuit is more power saving, quicker and more stable. Installation and maintenance of hydraulic parts are convenient. This hydraulic system is equipped with a detachable oil tank.
Electronic control system: controlled by the PLC made by Mitsubishi and human-computer interface, electronic control system is provided with an automatic failure warning device that works highly stably and automatically.
The machine can be operated manually, semi-automatically and automatically.
Safety system: electrical, mechanical and interlocking safety devices are employed to make operation and maintenance safer and more reliable.
Blowing: the blowing function can be divided into direct-inserting and angle-inserting.
Central clamping: low energy consumption, large clamping force and stable operation.
